Successful management often requires quick, decisive action. Our  Dynamic Management program trains you to think on your feet and react effectively.

In 1999, improvisation professional Bob Kulhan and management scholar Craig Fox collaborated to produce our Dynamic Management program. It's the first program of its kind at a top-tier business school.

The 3-day program deploys a unique blend of scientifically grounded management insights, applied case discussions, and experiential learning exercises.

The Dynamic Management progam combines interactive classroom lectures and discussions with experiential learning exercises that are adapted from theatrical improvisation, designed to train you to perform at the top of you intelligence. You will be taken outside your comfort zone through these energizing, stimulating, and motivating improvisation exercises that are applicable to real world challenges.

This program builds management and leadership skills by training you to thrive in dynamic environments, and maximize your individual, team, and organizational effectiveness. You will:

  • Use intuitive judgment
  • Learn to leverage available resources and act in the moment
  • Refine your abilities to respond to unanticipated challenges
  • Promote innovation and creative problem solving
  • Build trust and teamwork
  • Foster better communication

Participant Satisfaction

"I was given useful tools to improve my creativity and to elicit it from others. It [improv] enabled me to innovate by putting me in unexpected situations where I could articulate crazy ideas without fear of criticism. It was an excellent method to practice real-time decision making, with the flexibility to make mistakes without negative consequences."
